Job Description

Skilled Welder looking for a better opportunity? Put your experience to work. We're looking for dependable, quality-focused MIG and TIG Welders with experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or custom welding environments. The right candidate will take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and be comfortable working from blueprints and welding specifications. What You'll Do Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components, parts, and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up welding equipment and adjust settings based on material and job requirements Weld a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Fit, fabricate, grind, and finish components as needed Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures What We're Looking For Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Comfortable setting up and operating welding equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use basic measuring tools Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Welding certifications are a plus, but not required for every position What You Can Expect Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunities Day and evening shift opportunities Overtime opportunities may be available Long-term opportunities with established manufacturing companies A chance to put your welding skills to work in a professional production environment If you have the welding skills and experience, we'd like to hear from you. RAL Pay:
