Pay Rate -$22.94 /hr with $0.50 raise after 90 days Responsibilities and Duties Set up welding machines based on the job at hand Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminum and stainless-steel components as well as thin-wall tubing Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task Follow all safety rules and quality standards Qualifications and Skills Minimum of two (2) years related experience required Experience with steel, aluminum and/or stainless steel required Experience with both MIG and TIG welding. Ability to lift heavy items up to 40 pounds Ability to identify and measure material Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses Ability to read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures and angle gauge Ability to work in a team environment

Hours of Work:

1st shift hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday - Friday (May be subject to overtime hours on weekdays and weekends) Rinehart Racing is a fast-growing company with corporate headquarters located in Fletcher, North Carolina.
