Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, fabricate metal components, and work with various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality and safety. Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out and fabricate projects Use plasma cutters, grinders, and measuring tools to cut, shape, and inspect workpieces Operate forklifts and pallet-jacks to move materials Maintain cleanliness of welding equipment and work area, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience Minimum 5 years of fabrication experience Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring instruments Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and focus on manufacturing quality Welding certification preferred
