Welder / Fabricator IMS Fabrication is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works safely, and is comfortable working on large industrial fabrication projects. This is a full-time position working in a busy manufacturing environment. Our projects include autoclaves, pressure vessels, structural components, and other custom-fabricated industrial equipment. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required Weld carbon steel and other materials according to drawings and specifications Fit and fabricate components for large industrial equipment Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints Perform welding in various positions, including overhead and vertical Work inside autoclaves and other confined or restricted spaces when required Use grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication equipment Inspect completed welds and workmanship for quality Follow all company safety procedures and requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with supervisors, engineers, and other shop personnel to meet production schedules Qualifications Previous welding and fabrication experience Strong MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience with heavy steel fabrication is a plus Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Must be willing to work overtime as production schedules require Welding test required as part of the hiring process What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays Stable work environment with a variety of custom fabrication projects IMS Fabrication is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
