About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will fabricate, weld, assemble, and finish metal components according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding as required Cut, shape, fit, and assemble metal components Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment Qualifications Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings Proficiency with welding tools and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Welding certifications are an asset but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time hours and consistent work Opportunities for overtime Training and career development
