Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques and ability to interpret technical schematics will ensure that all projects meet safety standards and quality expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from pipe fabrication to structural steel assembly, contributing to the success of our construction and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Perform welding operations using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and other techniques according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other equipment. Conduct quality inspections on welds using calipers, schematics, and visual assessments; ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Maintain a clean work environment on construction sites or manufacturing facilities while adhering to safety regulations. Skills Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, and specific welding techniques. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Mechanical knowledge of pipe threading, tube bending, rigging, and assembly processes. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication projects. Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments with a focus on safety practices. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics, and basic math for precise measurements.

Pay:

$23.00 - $29.00 per hour
