Position Summary We are seeking an Experienced Welder to join our team. This position may involve manual welding or operating a cobot, depending on production needs. A welding test will be required as part of the interview process. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Weld, cut, and fabricate steel parts using manual welding equipment or cobot welding systems. Prepare, assemble, and tack weld parts and surfaces. Monitor weld quality to prevent overheating, distortion, or defects. Repair or fabricate components using cutting, burning, and welding techniques. Maintain tools, welding equipment, and a clean, organized work area. Notify supervisor of faulty equipment or defective materials. Perform other duties as assigned to support production. Qualifications Prior welding experience required; cobot or robotic welding experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person with welding experience. Ability to weld components in vertical, flat, and overhead positions. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings/blueprints. Basic math skills as they relate to welding and fabrication. Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and stability required for precision work.

Must be able to:
