Job Summary Our company is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team! This position requires an individual who is committed to quality and has strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Read blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine job requirements Cut, bend, shape, weld, and assemble metal components to spec Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drill presses, grinders, flame cutters, and rollers Complete quality checklists, production time worksheets, and safety documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with other departments to support the manufacturing process Qualifications Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing/shop environment MIG welding experience preferred, or willingness to learn Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Strong math skills; hydraulic knowledge a plus Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day and lift 25+ lbs. High school diploma or equivalent and a clean driving record required
