Job Description
Job Overview VO Enterprises is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Beemer office. In this full-time role, you'll assist clients, process insurance policies, support our agents, and help deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you. Insurance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Duties Quoting insurance policies. Processing new policies and policy changes. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing clients to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, filing, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software. Prior experience with data entry, filing systems, and client communication is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency in computer skills, typing accuracy, proofreading, and time management. Preferred but not required Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain after hire) Insurance industry experience Associate's degree or higher Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a difference!
