Job Description

Position Summary Standard Iron has been a leader in contract manufacturing for over 90 years, delivering quality products and innovative solutions to customers across a variety of industries. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation & Schedule Pay Range:

https://go.cultureindex.com/p/VZ3su7sagyMobH Key Responsibilities Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred. Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding. Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications. Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes. Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment. Experience using inspection and measuring tools. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. What You Bring Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
