Job Description

Are you an experienced welder looking to grow your career in manufacturing? Express Employment Professionals is hiring MIG Welders, TIG Welders , and Fabricators for multiple companies in and around Lincoln, NE. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire position with long-term potential.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on structural and fabricated steel components - 20-inch continuous welds Weld and fabricate metal structures and components using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces to spec Solder or braze metal parts as needed Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication tools Support team goals and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous steel welding experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and measurements. Proficiency with MIG welding; additional TIG or stick experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, or both Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift 7:30am-3:30pm M - F Starting pay $22.00hr.
