We invest in our employees because we know quality workmanship begins with a supported, skilled team. We are currently seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our Machine Shop team. This position plays a key role in supporting our remanufacturing operations by fabricating and repairing precision components used in transmission rebuilding. Duties of the Welder / Fabricator include: Perform precision TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals Fabricate custom components and fixtures for transmission remanufacturing Repair and modify existing parts to meet OEM specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings Operate fabrication equipment (saws, grinders, drill presses, etc.) Maintain quality standards and ensure clean, accurate welds Work closely with the machine shop and rebuilding teams What we are looking for in a Welder /
