Right Fit If You:

Have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced structural steel environment Confidently read and interpret blueprints and weld callouts Have experience fabricating stairs Can set up welding equipment to your preferences Are qualified in fit-up and weld quality control Produce quality work with minimal instruction Verify your own work and review the work of others Take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and hold yourself accountable Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team Want to continue learning and growing Experience matters—but attitude matters just as much. Be humble, teachable, and respectful Key Responsibilities Read blueprints and fabricate and weld according to print Build structural and architectural steel components, including stairs Complete fit-up and welding work that meets quality standards Inspect and verify your work Review the work of others when needed Communicate and collaborate with the production team Maintain accountability for fit-up and weld inspection results
