Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team, focusing on the fabrication of storage rack components. Core Duties Execute MIG welding tasks on storage rack parts to meet established requirements. Analyze technical blueprints and welding directives to ensure project accuracy. Maintain a secure work environment by operating welding machinery and hand tools properly. Utilize tape measures and precision instruments to ensure material dimensions are exact. Contribute to high-quality production standards through meticulous attention to every weld. Apply fundamental mathematical concepts, such as fractions and decimals, to daily tasks. Onboarding and Qualification New hires will undergo a two-week training period during the first shift, followed by a mandatory onsite welding certification assessment. Successfully complete the flat and vertical welding examination to qualify for the second shift transition. Essential Qualifications Candidates must possess a background in MIG welding and demonstrate the ability to comprehend complex blueprints. Demonstrate proficiency in measurement techniques and basic arithmetic. Deliver consistent, high-quality results through a sharp eye for detail. Support the overall safety of the facility by adhering to established welding protocols and standards.
