Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with welding, metal fabrication, and working from drawings, measurements, and specifications. This position is responsible for fabricating, welding, assembling, and finishing metal components while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for welding Operate welding equipment, cutting tools, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and dimensional requirements Perform grinding, finishing, and cleanup of fabricated components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements Properly maintain and care for welding and fabrication equipment Work independently as well as as part of a team Perform other duties related to welding and fabrication as needed Qualifications Previous welding and/or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment Ability to accurately measure and work with metal materials Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift and handle materials as required Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work safely and efficiently in a shop or field environment Join us to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation. Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
