Job Description
7 physician practice looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant . Only 2-3 of our Physicians see patients in the office, the others are hospital based. The job is M-F 8am-4:00pm
Location:
Bay Shore Our Infectious Disease practice treats: Bone and joint infections Complicated/recurrent urinary tract infections Heart Valve infections Lyme, Tick borne, HIV diseases Post operative infections Skin infections Pneumonia Some of the job duties are; Manage day to day functions: patient flow, ordering supplies, authorizations Blood draws as ordered by Physician Obtain all test results and referring physicians reports prior to patients appointment Answering phones as needed, taking accurate messages and ensuring all calls are responded to within 24 hours.
