PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Precision TIG Welding:

Perform high-quality GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and specialty alloys across varying material thicknesses.

Custom Fabrication:

Layout, fit-up, tack, and assemble complex components using fixtures, clamps, and precision measuring tools prior to final weldment.

Drawing & Blueprint Interpretation:

Read structural blueprints, AWS welding symbols, and engineering specs to meet project requirements.

Metal Prep & Finishing:

Prep surfaces using grinders, sanders, and deburring tools; clean, dress, and blend welds to achieve flawless cosmetic standards.

Airtight/Quality Control:

Execute leak-tight, warp-free welds while conducting visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with customer specs.
