Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing basic welding tasks, primarily focusing on repairing parts with defects. This position supports production operations and plays a role in supporting production and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals as required Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine specifications Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and quality Clean and prepare workpieces using grinders, wire brushes, or chemical solutions Assist in the setup of welding equipment and workstations Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools Attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Prior welding experience or training preferred Training will be provided
