Our products are proudly built in our Buffalo facility by our skilled UAW workforce. We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our production team. If you take pride in precision workmanship, have strong welding skills, and enjoy hands-on manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you. Position Summary The Welder produces quality components and assemblies using carbon steel and stainless steel, working from blueprints, manufacturing work orders, and detailed instructions. This hands-on position requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, with the ability to work efficiently, maintain quality standards, and contribute to production goals. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on thin-gauge sheet steel, bar stock, and tubing. Brazing experience is strongly preferred. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Use fixtures, welding equipment, and hand tools to position and assemble components. Measure and inspect parts and completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain consistent workmanship and production pace while meeting quality standards. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least five years of welding/manufacturing experience or equivalent relevant training and experience. Demonstrated proficiency in MIG and TIG welding. Experience with brazing is preferred. Candidates without brazing experience must be willing and able to learn the process independently. Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and inspect finished work. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to successfully complete a welding skills and proficiency test.
