Welder Job Description Join our team as a welder, where you will be responsible for welding the structural framework on the exterior of a building in Manhattan. This role involves working on a significant project that contributes to the city's skyline. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on the structural framework on the exterior of buildings. Utilize various welding techniques including Flux Core, TIG, and MIG welding. Ensure compliance with all safety and structural regulations while welding on high-rise buildings. Work collaboratively with other team members to add six floors to the top of the building. Essential Skills Proficient in Flux Core, TIG, and MIG welding techniques. Experience with structural steel and framework welding. Possess a DOB Welding license. Ability to perform vertical and structural welds on high-rise buildings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Holds an OSHA 30 certification. Has an SST certification. Certified AWS FCAW and G60 welder. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
