Duties:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, VRF, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components or parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC components.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
