Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator for an established industrial manufacturing company in the Ronkonkoma area. This position is ideal for a highly skilled welder with a strong background in MIG welding, industrial metal fabrication, and blueprint reading . We are looking for someone who can work independently, produce high-quality welds, and fabricate components accurately to specifications. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components Fit, tack, weld, and fabricate components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality Use grinders, saws, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment Maintain accurate dimensions and tolerances Follow established safety and quality procedures Complete fabrication projects according to production requirements Qualifications Strong professional

MIG/GMAW

welding experience Previous metal or industrial fabrication experience required Ability to read and work from blueprints and shop drawings Strong fitting, measuring, and layout skills Experience with carbon and/or stainless steel Experience with piping, tanks, pressure vessels, or similar industrial fabrication is highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to weld quality and finished-product specifications Compensation $30
