  • Friday 6:00am
  • 2:30pm or 7:00am
  • 3:30pm JENSEN Braun is seeking a full-time MIG Welder on 1st shift.
MIG Welders are responsible for setting up, operating welding machines and must be able to fit/weld and finish. A MIG Welder must have the ability to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals using various welding procedures including MIG and TIG. The MIG Welder should be able to read, functionally understand, and apply work instructions to the job duties along with scanning in and out of work orders.
MIG Welder Responsibilities:
  • Weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals using welding procedures to include: MIG and TIG welding.
  • Setup and operate welding machines to build jobs to the specifications on blueprints.
  • Cut metals with oxyacetylene or plasma.
  • Read measuring equipment and interpret blueprints.
  • Griding includes weld prep and metal finish.
  • Perform general maintenance on equipment and tools.
MIG Welder Qualifications:
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday
  • Friday)
  • Welding experience
  • MIG (Required) & TIG (Preferred)
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to read a tape measure
