50 to start, or additional based on experience. Solderers will train! Key Responsibilities:
Soldering:
Using soldering irons, torches, or other equipment to melt solder and join wires, components, and circuit boards.
Component Assembly:
Installing and connecting electronic components on printed circuit boards or other assemblies.
Inspection:
Checking soldered joints for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Identifying and fixing soldering defects or issues with assembled products.
Following Instructions:
Adhering to schematics, drawings, and process documentation.
Maintaining Work Area:
Keeping the soldering station clean, organized, and safe.
Operating Equipment:
Using soldering machines and other tools safely and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Soldering Proficiency:
Experience with various soldering techniques (e.g., through-hole, surface mount) and the ability to use different soldering tools. Attention to

A keen eye for precision and the ability to work with small parts.
Knowledge of Electronics:
Understanding of electronic components, circuit boards, and basic electrical principles.
