Welder Valley Cottage, NY Full-Time |
On-Site Pay:
$22 - $27 per hour (Based on Experience) Build More Than Products. Build Independence. Adecco is working with a leading manufacturer of accessibility ramp solutions that help elderly and disabled individuals regain mobility, freedom, and independence. Our products make a meaningful difference in people's lives every day, and we're looking for skilled welders who take pride in producing quality work that has a real impact. As a Welder , you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality ramp systems. You'll work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure products meet quality, safety, and production standards while contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving accessibility. What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on ramp components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions. Assemble welded metal structures accurately and efficiently. Inspect welds for quality and make necessary corrections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Operate welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Follow all shop safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with production team members to meet daily manufacturing goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Completion of a welding program or equivalent training. Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately. Strong measuring and fabrication skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Availability to work either 1st or 2nd shift. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Benefits Available After 30
