Your expertise in welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication helps ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision. By joining our team, you will contribute to our commitment to engineering excellence and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Package Manufacturing Supervisor. You will Perform TIG and MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel components used in compressor package assembly. Fabricate and fit pipes, brackets, base assemblies, and other components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality, structural, and dimensional requirements. Use welding equipment, measuring devices, hand tools, and fabrication equipment to support daily production activities. Certification in Welding and at least one year of experience as a welder or equivalent years of work experience as a Welder. Experience with pipe fitting and fabrication in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication specifications. Competitive Pay and Differential:
Base pay ranges from $29
  • 34 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a 10% shift differential for second-shift hours.
