Job Description
Avenue Fabricating is a well-established and growing steel fabricator located in Batavia, Ohio. We are looking for a committed, focused and detail-oriented person to join our team. Welder/Fabricator is responsible for the safe, precise and expeditious fabrication of custom iron products. Job responsibilities include welding, grinding, cutting, and other specifically assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Must have reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license High School diploma / GED preferred Must be able to pass required drug tests Must be able to pass SMAW welding exam MIG and TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required Experience in stainless steel handrail also a plusJob Type:
Full timeSchedule:
10 hour shift, Monday- Thursday. Overtime Friday + Saturday, as needed.Typical Start Time:
