Welder We are seeking a skilled Welder for a contract position in Canfield, Ohio. Hours 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities

• Perform welds on components to exacting specifications for custom aluminum trailers
• Work from shop orders, specifications, prints, and instructions
• Review material and product requirements, ensuring parts are cut and prepared properly
• Set parts in assembly fixtures, position, layout, and clamp in place to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Select welding parameters as per specified weld procedures
• Manipulate units to facilitate efficient welding operations
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of work, document findings, and move work to subsequent areas as needed
• Maintain workflow and notify supervisors of equipment or operational issues
• Ensure weld quality meets inspection standards Minimum Requirements
• Prior welding experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read and interpret shop orders, specifications, and drawings
• Knowledge of welding tools and equipment Nice to Have Skills
• Experience working with aluminum materials
• Familiarity with welding procedures and inspection processes Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus Other Requirements
