Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal materials into precise, durable components and assemblies using advanced welding techniques and fabrication methods. Your expertise will ensure that all projects meet strict quality standards, safety protocols, and technical specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction and mechanical fabrication projects, utilizing your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-tier results. Duties Interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical fabrication plans to accurately guide the welding and assembly process Perform various welding techniques including MIG Measure and mark metal materials to ensure accurate cuts and fits Use power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment for cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal and other metal materials Conduct fabrication tasks such as assembly of components, metal cutting, grinding, welding, and finishing to produce high-quality structures or parts Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols at all times during fabrication shop operations and on construction sites Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings accurately and execute projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding within a construction site or fabrication shop environment Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and shop math principles Skilled in various welding techniques including MIG with certification preferred Mechanical knowledge of metal materials, sheet metal fabrication processes, plasma cutting, machining, and assembly procedures Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while following safety protocols diligently Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and work independently or as part of a team Join us if you're passionate about metal fabrication excellence! Pay:
$21.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
