MIG Welder We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder with experience working with stainless steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We're looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in producing high-quality stainless steel components for food-grade oil management systems. This manufacturing company specializes in creating tanks, caddies, and custom assemblies with precision and care. The role involves cutting, fitting, and welding metal parts to ensure top-notch food-grade standards. Hours:

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday -

Friday Pay:

$21.00+/hour, based on experience and skill level Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan welding tasks
• Select and operate MIG welding equipment based on job requirements
• Cut and prepare materials using saws and grinders
• Align and secure parts using measuring tools and clamps
• Perform MIG welding in various positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead)
• Inspect welds and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication
• Experience welding stainless steel components
• Skilled with MIG welding equipment and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong understanding of metal properties and welding safety standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to complete a welding test during interview Nice to Have Skills
• AWS MIG welding certification or completion of a technical program/apprenticeship
• Proficient with hand and power tools (calipers, grinders, saws, etc.) Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
