TIG WELDER/FABRICATORS

for a long term opportunity in

FRANKLIN, OH!

Pay:

$23.00 (10% Shift differential added once moved to 2nd shift) Schedule Trainig shift: Monday

• Thursday 6 am
• 4:30 pm (Will be moved to 2nd shift once complete) 2nd shift: Monday
• Thursday 4 pm
• 2:30 am Overtime possible on

Sundays Eligibility Requirements:

Must pass criminal background check and drug screening! 2-3 years of TIG welding experience is required. Experience welding stainless steel, Inconel, or other specialty alloys strongly preferred. Ability to weld thin-gauge material with accuracy and consistency. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision. Willingness to learn new processes, materials, and techniques. Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve welding skills. Previous aerospace or precision manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and sit for long periods of time on a daily basis Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc Able to successfully pass vision screens Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects. Perform repetitious duties, such as hammering a part to specification.
