Job Summary:

A plastic and metal manufacturing company in Grove City is seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join their team. The role involves fitting and welding structural materials using the flux core process, with work primarily conducted in a shop environment under roof. Occasional outdoor work may be required for material gathering and staging.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications and requirements. Fit structural parts together according to design specifications. Perform flux core welding to join structural materials. Safely load, unload, and stage materials. Gather and prepare materials as needed for welding projects.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in flux core welding (weld test required). Ability to accurately read blueprints and fit structural parts. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Working Conditions:

Primarily shop-based, under roof. Occasional outdoor tasks for gathering and staging materials.

Standard schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Compensation & Opportunity:

$21-24/hour (firm). Potential for full-time employment after successful completion of the project. Overtime may be available on a voluntary basis with approval.
