Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-1:00

AM Pay Rate :

$23.00/hr

Hamilton, OH MIG Welder Requirements/Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications. Ability to use measuring tools and welding equipment. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Must be dependable with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic. Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards. About the MIG Welder Role As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include: Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and welding specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment and tools. Measure and position materials before welding. Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy. Perform grinding, cutting, and other basic fabrication duties as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and production requirements. Work independently and cooperatively with team members. Meet established production and quality standards.
