Competitive Pay Based on Experience About Turn-Key Industrial Services Turn-Key Industrial Services is a growing industrial fabrication, construction, and maintenance company serving customers throughout Ohio and the surrounding region. With more than 35 years of experience, we provide welding, steel fabrication, machining, industrial maintenance, millwright, rigging, equipment installation, and specialty fabrication services. We are looking for experienced Welders / Fitters to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and has experience fitting and welding structural and industrial components. Job Responsibilities Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, sketches, and weld symbols Fit and weld structural and industrial steel components Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding as required Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and various alloys Layout, measure, cut, fit, and tack materials prior to welding Use oxy-fuel torches, plasma cutters, grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment Perform quality inspections of completed work Ensure welds and fabricated components meet project specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements Perform other duties related to welding, fitting, fabrication, and industrial maintenance as assigned

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience as a Welder, Fitter/Welder, Fabricator, or similar position Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings Ability to accurately measure, layout, and fit materials Experience with MIG/TIG welding Ability to safely operate common welding and fabrication equipment Basic understanding of welding procedures and quality requirements Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Experience with structural steel fabrication Experience with industrial fabrication TIG welding experience Experience welding stainless steel and alloy materials Experience with pipe welding or pipe fitting AWS or other welding certifications Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Lift and move materials and tools Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods Work from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and elevated work areas when required Work in hot, cold, dusty, noisy, and industrial environments Wear required PPE, including welding hood, gloves, hearing protection, safety glasses, and other protective equipment Safely perform the physical requirements of welding and industrial fabrication work What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Company paid health insurance 401(k) Paid vacation Opportunities for overtime Opportunities for advancement Stable work with an established industrial contractor Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial fabrication projects Why Work for Turn-Key?
