GRPB Job Description:

Job Requirements MIG/TIG welding and fitting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong blueprint reading, shop math, and metal fabrication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Job Responsibilities Read blueprints, assembly instructions, and material lists to lay out and fit metal components. Fit, tack-weld, and perform MIG/TIG welding while ensuring proper alignment and dimensions. Use grinders, torches, and material-handling equipment while troubleshooting assembly issues and maintaining welding supplies.
