Shift Schedule:

We are searching for dedicated and precise individuals to join our fabrication team, specializing in the creation of high-quality stairwell rails and architectural metalwork. This is a temp-to-hire position with an excellent path to permanent employment and great benefits. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be a vital part of our production process, requiring a strong mix of technical skill and precision.

Welding Expertise:

Proficiently perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel and aluminum metals. Execute precise cutting, bending, and shaping of materials used in stairwell rail construction.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and recognize standard weld symbols.

Assembly:

Assist the team with the assembly of finished components.

Measuring Skills:

Demonstrate great measuring skills to ensure absolute accuracy and fit-up of all fabricated parts.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $32.00
