Shift Standard Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime may be available or required based on production needs. When overtime is scheduled, hours may include: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Saturday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM Candidates should be comfortable working 8-hour, 10-hour, and occasional 12-hour shifts when needed. Your day may include:

Performing

GMAW/MIG

welding on metal components and assemblies Fabricating and manufacturing finished metal products Installing, assembling, and repairing components and equipment Reading and following blueprints, schematics, and product specifications Measuring and verifying material dimensions before fabrication Cutting, fitting, positioning, and preparing materials for welding Using welding equipment, fabrication tools, and shop machinery Inspecting completed welds for strength, accuracy, and quality Checking dimensions and tolerances against specifications Making adjustments or rework when needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Following established safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For This could be a strong fit if you have: 3+ years of fabrication experience Strong hands-on

MIG/GMAW

welding skills Previous welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or related industrial experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Experience using welding and fabrication tools and equipment Ability to measure material accurately and verify specifications Strong mechanical aptitude Good attention to detail and weld quality Ability to handle a physically active workload Availability to work overtime when required

TIG/GTAW

welding experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must also have steel-toe or composite-toe footwear for onsite interviews and work.
