You'll be hands-on with fabrication, custom-fitting, final welding, and clean-up, bringing our industrial equipment to life. Your ability to read and interpret shop drawings is essential, and your problem-solving skills will shine as you tackle creative challenges. Compensation:
$22 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to interpret and execute shop drawings accurately, ensuring precision in every project. Perform precise layout, fitting, and welding of structural steel and heavy weldments to meet our high standards. Engage in hands-on fabrication and custom-fitting, bringing innovative industrial equipment to life. Conduct final welding and clean-up, ensuring each product is ready for safe and efficient use. Utilize problem-solving skills to tackle creative challenges and enhance workplace safety and ergonomics. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to a safe and efficient workspace. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience in welding and fitting structural steel and heavy weldments, ensuring precision and quality. Ability to interpret and execute shop drawings accurately, contributing to seamless project execution. Proven track record of engaging in hands-on fabrication and custom-fitting of industrial equipment. Strong problem-solving skills to tackle creative challenges and enhance workplace safety. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, promoting efficiency and safety. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and drive continuous improvement. Familiarity with safety protocols and ergonomic practices in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
