Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned jobs from prep work, fabricating and fitting necessary parts, and welding.
• Answer phones.
• Conduct vehicle inspections in-house and provide estimates.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
• Manage inventory of welding supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mig welding experience
• Certified Welder (may omit with welding test)
• Mechanic (must have auto mechanic experience as job will require taking apart various automotive components such as suspension, steering boxes, fuel tanks, replacing brake lines, etc.) Other experience:
• Operating press brake
• Operating plasma machine
• Fabricating metal parts
• Forklift
• Must have own mechanical tools and toolbox.

Hours are T-F 8am-5pm and Sat 8am-2pm. Might be flexible. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
