Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Use Radio Frequency (RF) and heat welding machines to assemble fabric and plastics to be utilized in the manufacturing process.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify faults in fabric Use various Radio Frequency (RF) and heat welding machines to assemble fabrics and plastics Accurate completion of documentation: o Work Orders o Cut Records o Material Record Cards, etc. Interpret written work instructions and drawings to weld materials per requirement Responsible for awareness and compliance as applicable to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) standards Notify supervisor of possible risks to meeting production requirements Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs is required. Manipulate material through heat welding machine to weld parts together. Working in an environment where various solvents, adhesives, RF Welding equipment and industrial manufacturing machines are used is a requirement of this job role when working on projects.
Education/Experience:
• Minimum High School education or equivalent required. • Radio Frequency (RF) and heat welding machine experience - Preferred
