What You'll Do Set up and run 1-2 weld work centers independently MIG weld large fabricated tank components using fixtures Read blueprints and interpret welding symbols Perform tank leak tests and first articles (PPAP) Inspect your own welds to meet AWS D1.1 and customer quality standards Maintain welding machines, wire, and gas Maintain 95%+ efficiency and strong quality performance Support continuous improvement and mentor teammates What You Bring Metal fabrication / manufacturing welding experience Ability to pass an
