The Welder will be responsible for welding and fitting metal components according to blueprints to produce high-quality safety products. Benefits At Kundel Industries we offer all employees: Health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days ( company pays 75% of the premiums) Paid Time Off after 90 days and Vacation Time after 1 year Boot allowance Discounted (optional) uniform allowance Prescription Safety glasses allowance 401(k) with company match Company paid short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance Discounts on Gym memberships and Sam's club memberships Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements Perform welding tasks using MIG welding processes Fit and assemble metal components using hand tools and fabrication equipment Conduct quality checks using measuring tools Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Experience with fitting Familiarity with operating a forklift and crane for material handling Competency in using hand tools for metalworking tasks Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Qualifications Minimum 4 years MIG welding experience Required Skilled in using hand tools for fabrication Experience operating a crane safely Mathematical abilities for measurements and calculations Familiarity with forklift operations in a manufacturing setting
