2nd Shift MIG Welder 4-Day Work Week + Overtime Opportunities

Were seeking an experienced 2nd Shift MIG Welder/Fabricator to help produce high-quality carbon steel pipe assemblies and specialty components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

📅 Schedule

Monday -

Thursday:

3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Friday:

Mandatory overtime when scheduled (6-10 hour shift)

Enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime.

💲 What Youll Do

As a MIG Welder, youll perform precision welding and fabrication on a variety of components, including:

Spool pieces

Flanges

Carbon steel pipe assemblies

Specialty fittings and outlets

Youll be responsible for:

Performing all MIG welding operations to quality standards

Operating a NAP (Universal Welder)

Welding outlets onto carbon steel pipe

Inspecting welds and completed work for defects

Verifying alignment of fittings

Checking groove depths and pipe integrity

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns

Working closely with team members to meet production goals

✅ What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience

Strong MIG welding skills

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

Basic computer skills, including Outlook and email

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to read, write, and complete online training modules

Pay Details:

$22.00 per hour
