We serve the Aerospace & Defense, Energy Generation, Data Center, and Industrial markets, delivering precision components and complex structures that demand exceptional craftsmanship and durability. We're actively growing our weld shop, adding a second shift and scaling our welding team significantly this year. This is a strong time to join and grow with us. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding (TIG experience a plus) on carbon steel and stainless steel for multi-sector applications. Weld components and structures for Aerospace & Defense programs, Energy and Power Generation equipment, Data Center infrastructure, and Industrial fabrications. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to meet precise specifications across AS9100D, AWS, and industry-specific standards. Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up for complex assemblies. Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, using visual and non-destructive testing methods as needed. Collaborate with machinists, assemblers, and engineers to support production timelines and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification (e.g., AWS D1.1, D17.1, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of welding experience. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques on a variety of metals Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld specifications. Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards (e.g., AS9100D or similar). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment. Detail-oriented with a proven track record of producing high-quality welds. Must be a U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident) due to ITAR requirements on defense-related work.
