Welder - 1st Shift (Direct Contract!)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 AM-3:00
PM Pay:
$22/hr

Hands‑on work with welding, steel assembly, and CNC operations What You'll Do Set up and operate welding machines and fixtures safely and efficiently Adjust welding equipment to produce high‑quality parts Perform first‑piece and ongoing inspections using precision measuring tools Complete daily maintenance and keep your work area clean and organized Follow instructions from leads and supervisors Request needed supplies and support department workflow Train and guide less‑skilled welders Support steel assembly and CNC operations when needed Work overtime — including weekends — when required What You Bring HS Diploma or GED 1 year of welding experience , or 6 months as Welding C Ability to read blueprints and drawings Understanding of basic welding operations and precision measuring instruments Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Knowledge of proper
PPE:
welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, work boots Physical & Work Environment Stand at a workstation for up to 2 hours at a time Work in welding hood, gloves, and protective gear Handle temperatures up to 100°F at times Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch Use hands and arms to reach, grasp, and manipulate materials Manufacturing environment with exposure to outside elements
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
