Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing quality welding tasks across various projects, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and technical specifications. Your experince will contribute to the successful assembly and maintenance of production needs, structural components. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive safety mindset. Responsibilities Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding using various techniques aligned with project requirements. Read and interpret construction plans and execute welding tasks. Fabricate and assemble metal components, pipes, and structures according to specifications while maintaining quality standards. Use hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, grinding, fitting, and welding metal parts. Follow all safety regulations, NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards and site-specific safety protocols during operations. Assist with fabrication on all manufactured stock items and special projects.
Requirement:
Valid Driver's License or State ID, Birth certificate or Social Security Card Familiarity with power tools such as grinders, cutters, calipers, and other hand tools used in fabrication tasks. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to welding operations and construction site safety standards including NFPA guidelines. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication work. Experience working on construction sites or manufacturing facilities with a focus on manufacturing or system maintenance preferred. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
