Structural Welder in WAGONER - Days Shift - $24-28

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Structural Welder to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate, weld, and assemble structural components used in heavy manufacturing and industrial applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high‑quality, structurally sound welds.

Shift / Pay

5am-3:30p / Mon-Fri / OT as needed

Pay:

24-28, DOE Responsibilities Perform MIG & FluxCore welding on structural steel Interpret and execute drawings and blueprints drawings. Lay out, position, align and fit structural steel components. Measure and verify deminsions to ensure proper fit-up. Operate cutting torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools. Operate and maintain welding machines and related fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Uphold all safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations in the shop area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical welding school or trade certification preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience welding in a heavy fabrication environment. Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and angle finders to ensure dimensional accuracy. Proven ability to read and follow detailed fabrication drawings and specifications. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to producing quality welds. Meet background requirement - No felonies in 7 years. Nothing violent or sexual, nothing pending. PERSONAL

Transportation Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work for extended periods. Good eyesight, steady hands, and manual dexterity.

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
