Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week About the Opportunity We are a growing metal fabrication and manufacturing company seeking a Welder / Fabricator to join our team. Whether you're an experienced welder or a recent welding program graduate, we're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Measure, fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to specification Grind, finish, and inspect completed work Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe ✅ Qualifications Required Welding experience through employment, apprenticeship, trade school, vocational training, or a welding program Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong measuring and layout skills Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Fabrication experience Experience with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum Forklift experience Experience with TIG welding, MIG welding, and laser welding highly desirable What We're Looking For We're looking for more than just welding skills.
