The normal work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40-50 hours per week. This position requires working on various job sites within 50 miles of our shop in Brownsville, Oregon. Additional Per Diem and Travel Pay for most sites over 50 miles from our shop. Pipe Welders must pass a 6G weld test in one, or both, of the following procedures: 6" Schedule 10 S.S. TIG test 6" Schedule 40 SMAW test - 6010 root & 7018 fill and cap Experience in structural/plate and sheet metal welding will not be considered relevant Job Requirements Familiarity with industrial and process piping systems Must be familiar with industry standard and code compliant construction practices Regularly report to work on time, and prepared to perform all tasks in job description or as assigned Perform all duties is a safe manner following Gemini Corp policies and procedures Wear required personal protective equipment Work in industrial conditions around hazardous chemicals, noise, and heavy machinery, and working at heights with proper safety training and safety protection Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Other duties as assigned Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, be safety conscientious, and able to read, write, and speak English Must have reliable transportation Qualified candidates will be required to pass pre-employment drug screen Benefits Vacation pay Sick pay Health Insurance 401k with company matching Waiting period may apply Gemini Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
