NW Industrial Staffing is currently looking for a Welder/Fabricator for a Night Shift in the fabrication department of one of Eugene's Premier Fabrication shops that is focused on innovation and producing a superior product of the highest quality while maintaining the safety, integrity and respect for all of their employees. This is a full-time evaluation to hire opportunity with one of the fastest growing companies in Lane County.

What we are seeking:

2+ years of fabrication experience. Must be able to weld both Mig and flux using .052 Ability to read blueprints and schematics with proficiency. Good shop math, including reading tape measure, calipers and other precision measuring instruments. Previous experience using cutting torches, drill press, punch press and hand-held grinders. Proficient in 4G welding with good uphill and overhead welding. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors both written and verbally. Ability to lift 60lbs safely on a semi-consistent basis Can Stand, stoop, sit, bend, push, and pull for a 10-hour shift. Keep the work area clean and safe. Previous experience on forklifts and using overhead or jib cranes is preferred.
